Personal Training Option
Players work 1-on-1 with trainer in a half hour sessions with a minimum of 6-week commitment. 


Cost: 
One session per week for 6 weeks: $240

Two sessions per week for 6 weeks:  $460

Three sessions per week for 6 weeks: $660

Next session currently registering begins the week of October 10th.

Registration is now open for our next session of TAPP classes and personal training sessions. Space is limited and reservations will be made in the order they are received. To register, click the below button, log into your profile or create a customer profile, and go to the Scheduling tab and select the Camps/Classes link. 

Camp/Class Option

Each Camp/Class session is 1 hour long. Classes need a minimum of 9 players registered to move forward but will not have more than 12 players. Players can attend as many of their group's sessions as they'd like or as few as they'd like. Under $8 per session for players that attend all available sessions!


Cost: $150/player

Class Dates and Times: 

Group 1

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6-7pm

Start Date: 10/10       End Date: 11/18        No class on Monday 10/31 for Halloween

Available to players ages: 10-13


Group 2

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7-8pm
Start Date: 10/10       End Date: 11/18        No class on Monday 10/31 for Halloween
Available to players ages: 14-18


Group 3

Tuesday/Thursday: 7-8pm and Saturday: 10-11am

Start Date: 10/11       End Date: 11/19

Available to players ages: 10-13


*Additional groups may be added based on demand. 


*Class/camp fee is to be paid in full at or before the first training session. Class/camp fee is non-refundable once a session has started. Withdrawing from a class/camp session within one week of the start date of a new  session will result in a $60 cancellation fee. 

Our new and improved Total Athletic Performance Program is designed to build and improve overall athleticism to create all-around dynamic athletes. By focusing on the primary elements of athleticism and fitness, strength, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, and mobility, our program helps players improve performance in their specific sport and help prevent injuries. This program is available to all athletes and can be customized to the specific needs of your sport. Our goal is to enhance the overall level of play of the athletes by giving them the tools and techniques needed to perform at the highest levels.
